Tender Roadworks is the road construction business of Tender Group, operating as S.C. Corporate Management Solutions S.R.L. (CMS). Founded in 2003, CMS builds, repairs and maintains roads and bridges, lays asphalt and carries out rehabilitation and in-situ recycling works, mainly in the western part of Romania.
From road service to road builder
The group's road business started from the public road service in Timiș and is now run through CMS.

A road service becomes a company
SIRDT (Societatea de Întreținere și Reparații Drumuri Timișoara) is set up from the mechanisation service, vehicles and equipment of the regional roads directorate in Timișoara.

CMS is founded
S.C. Corporate Management Solutions S.R.L. is established. It later becomes the group's dedicated road construction company.

Roads join Tender Group
Tender SA takes over SIRDT, which carries the group's road construction work from 2004.
