Founded on family entrepreneurship, Tender Asset Management owns and governs operating companies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. For more than three decades we have invested only our own capital, maintaining majority control and a disciplined, protocol-based approach to risk, operations, and growth. Our mandate is simple: preserve value, modernise assets, and scale businesses that endure for the next generation.

From a company registered in Timișoara in 1991 to a family group active in industry, natural resources, infrastructure, HoReCa, real estate and technology.

1991
The first company
Tender SA is registered with the Trade Register in Timișoara. It becomes the company through which the family builds its businesses.

2000–2002
An industrial nucleus
The group takes majority stakes in two long-established Romanian industrial companies.
- 2000Majority control of Prospecțiuni SA, a geophysical services company.
- 2002An 83% stake in Vulcan SA, the heavy-equipment plant in Bucharest.

2007–2009
Capital reinvested
Two sales release capital, and the group invests outside Romania for the first time.
- 2007The insurance company Ardaf is sold to PPF for €35 million.
- 2008The stake in Atlas Gip is sold to Weatherford for €16.8 million.
- 2009First projects in West Africa: farmland leases in Senegal and Gambia for energy crops, and mineral exploration in Senegal.

2011–2014
Aerospace at Ghimbav
Together with Airbus as minority partner, the group develops an industrial park for aerostructures near Brașov.
- 2011Aerospace Technology Park, Ghimbav: Tender 70%, Airbus 30%.
- 2014The park expands by a further 10 ha for a second Premium Aerotec production hall.

2016–2023
Restructuring and renewal
Prospecțiuni goes through insolvency, pays its creditors in full and returns to major seismic contracts.
- 2022Prospecțiuni SA exits the insolvency procedure opened in 2016, with the claims in its creditors' table paid in full.
- 2023A 12-month contract with Romgaz for 3D and 2D seismic acquisition and processing.

Today
Tender Asset Management
The family's companies are brought together under Tender Asset Management, which acquires and prepares land for new real-estate developments.
- 2025Work begins on a residential project of about 300 apartments on Prospecțiuni's former workshop site near Petrom City, Bucharest.
- NowIn design and permitting: about 30 ha in Bucharest, a private hospital of over 40,000 sqm, five commercial and logistics projects, and about 250 apartments in Timișoara.
