What kind of projects does Tender Digital take on?
Software only: websites, web applications, mobile apps, internal tools, API integrations, and maintenance of existing sites and software. We do not supply or install hardware.
Can you take over a website that someone else built?
Yes. We start with a review of the code, plugins, hosting and backups, tell you what we find, and then agree on what to fix first and how the site will be looked after from then on.
Do you only work with WordPress?
No. WordPress is a good fit for many company websites. For web apps, mobile apps and integrations we choose the technology that suits the project and the people who will maintain it.
What does website maintenance include?
Typically updates to the core, theme and plugins, regular backups, security checks, fixing problems as they appear and small content or layout changes. The exact scope is agreed for each site.
How is a project priced?
After a first conversation about what you need, you receive a written estimate with the scope and timeline. Ongoing maintenance is agreed separately.
