For more than three decades we have invested only our own capital, maintaining majority control and a disciplined, protocol-based approach to risk, operations, and growth. Core built: majority control of Prospecțiuni SA and Vulcan SA; group structure consolidated.
2007–2010
Diversification: energy services, real-estate & infrastructure entries.
2011
Aerospace entry: Aerospace Technology Park (Ghimbav) launched in partnership with Airbus
2014-2018
International reach: operations extended in the Balkans & West Africa; protocol-based governance formalized.
2019-Today
Tender Asset Management holding: 10+ companies across sectors; 100% family capital, long-term control.
