Tender Asset Management

About Us

Built to own, govern, and grow —across generations.

Tender Asset Management is a privately held company that stewards family-controlled businesses across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Founded on a legacy of disciplined entrepreneurship, we invest only our own capital, maintain majority control, and operate with multi-decade horizons. Our mandate is clear: preserve value, scale responsibly, and ensure continuity for future generations.

Our mission is to preserve and grow enduring businesses.

We govern a privately funded portfolio with one goal: ensure every company we own remains disciplined, profitable, and built to last across generations. That means measured expansion, clear accountability, and capital deployed only where we hold conviction.
